Eagle Express, DFW Super Rush Deliveries

ICYMI, Eagle Express is pretty super. In fact, we’re so super, we’ve included the word “super” into one of our most popular services. DFW super rush deliveries are reserved for those transportation circumstances that just can’t wait. This type of delivery is relevant to all sorts of industries throughout the Metroplex, but it’s prominent in the food industry.

Food distributors, restaurants, and food testing labs often have a need for DFW super rush deliveries to transport time and temperature sensitive fresh and frozen foods to customers throughout North Texas.  Perhaps a super rush delivery is needed to move food from one location to another due to a malfunction in a restaurant’s cooler. Or maybe a DFW super rush deliveries team is called in to rescue an overturned tractor trailer on the highway that’s full of frozen seafood.

No matter the reason, a great super rush courier is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to move your on demand food deliveries and other items. When you have an urgent transportation need, a hot shot courier like Eagle Express is ready to move, nights, weekends, and anytime in between.

That’s pretty super!

But this fall, you can have your own kind of “super”. As in “super food”. Fall is a great time to enjoy some of the seasonal super foods. Like these:

Sweet potatoes- These tubers are full of beta carotene, which helps the body convert vitamin A into a useable source. It also helps boost the immune system and reduce the damage from free radicals, giving you healthy skin.

Pumpkin- Pumpkin is so in! Fall is all about pumpkin flavored everything, but don’t forget that the fruit (yes we said fruit) itself is a powerful superfood.  With Vitamin A, potassium, fiber, and beta carotene, pumpkin can be added in chunks to soups or roasted veggies, pureed and added to baked goods, or you can munch on its seeds when they’re roasted.

Cranberries- These berries and their juice are great for digestion and gum disease. They contain significant amounts of fiber, vitamin C, E, and K, as well as other heart healthy antioxidants.

Kale- This leafy superfood was all the rage a few years ago. While kale might not be the reigning superfood king, it does carry great health benefits including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and anti-diabetic properties.

Apples- An apple a day really might keep the doctor away. These fruits are packed with healthy compounds, including antioxidants, flavonoids, and dietary fiber. Apples might also improve neurological health by protecting neuron cells against neurotoxicity. They can also reduce the risk of neurogenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Pomegranates- Don’t be intimidated by this fruit. It carries a great deal of health benefits in a tiny seed. Two compounds in the seeds- punicalagins and punicic acid- are responsible for most of the health benefits of this super food. It has anti-inflammatory properties, can lower blood pressure, and even reduce the risk of certain cancers.
