What’s the Word for Dallas Transportation in 2021? Responsive

The last 18 months have given us a totally new perspective on the phrase “first responders”.

We absolutely give attention and thanks to our healthcare providers- doctors, nurses, and other medical care professionals- who carried a huge burden this past year and a half. They worked tirelessly, brought peace in a time full of fear, and continued to put their health and well being on the line as they treated patients around the globe.

We can’t forget our firemen, policemen, and other rescue professionals who have put in countless hours in the wake of Hurricane Ida. From the south all the way to the northeast, these men and women have put aside the risk to their own lives to save the lives of others.

Then there are our military first responders. This past month has been incredibly disruptive to them, given the state of our current affairs and the end of the longest war in US history.  Yet, when asked to go into harm’s way, they responded, until the last second, moving our allies and Americans out of Afghanistan.

Wow! These men and women are truly remarkable! If the Dallas transportation industry can learn one thing from them, it’s this: be responsive.

Dallas transportation has changed in the last 18 months. We’re more responsive than ever.

Here are just a few ways our Eagle Express Dallas Couriers have responded to the tidal wave of change that all of us have faced over the last year and a half.

We changed our services to suit the changing needs of clients.

When the country shut down a year ago, the needs of our clients changed drastically. Now, instead of deliveries to and from corporate locations, we had requests for deliveries for employees working from home. To accommodate, we shifted our focus to work from home deliveries, moving everything from tech to paperwork between employees’ homes and a central office location, or even just to each other across the Metroplex.

We also updated our app to make it even easier to manage your logistics while you’re away from the office. On the go tools like an address book and favorite orders make it easy to schedule and track deliveries from your smart phone on your living room couch.

We transport urgent refrigerated deliveries to keep shelves full.

The great toilet paper crisis of 2020 may never leave some of us, but thanks to couriers like ours, it didn’t last as long as the panic made it seem like it did. And, since we’re Texans, let’s not forget the shortage of milk, bread, and eggs! Either every Texan loves French toast, or we have a skewed perspective on what it means to “be prepared”.

Our couriers were moving refrigerated items overnight, sometimes importing them from neighboring states, or sharing the love by exporting to other states. We moved by night so that your stores could be stocked and ready for purchases each day. While it wasn’t a perfect supply chain, our essential workers certainly responded to the nation’s shopping habits, and most Texans hardly felt the effects of food shortages (that weren’t really there in the first place!)

We compensate for staffing shortages faced by organizations nationwide.

Getting folks back in the workplace has proven to be difficult. For a variety of reasons, many people are unemployed or simply choosing not to head back to work. This has created nationwide staffing shortages that can be seen across industries.

As your third-party logistics provider, Eagle Express can help compensate. We’ve responded to these shortages by offering warehousing and fulfillment services to reach your customers faster without you having to get behind the wheel of a delivery vehicle. We’ll even come pick up your items, pack them, and deliver them for you on your behalf. Think of our couriers as an extension to your customer service. We’re proud to represent Eagle Express (and you!) with each delivery.

We hit the road so you can stay home.

Lastly, Eagle Express is moving deliveries both in town and out of town for those who wish to stay home. We believe in the freedom to choose your path to getting back to normal. If that means you don’t head out of town for awhile, we’re happy to handle your long distance transportation needs.

Our vehicles are sanitized in between use, our drivers are safe and careful with your cargo, and, thanks to a full suite of insurance from A-rated providers, we can provide peach of mind that your delivery will arrive in perfect condition, or you’ll be compensated. If your game plan is to stay home, don’t let your logistics get stalled. Let Eagle Express hit the road on your behalf.

So many challenges have been thrown our way as transportation professionals. But we’ve responded with class and care.
